Manhunt Scandal

The Chairman of the Board and founder of the gay website, Manhunt, has been ousted due to a scandal. His crime was donating money to John McCain’s campaign.
The message to gay Republicans is clear: Stay in the closet, because you’ll lose everything if they find out you’re a Republican. Not that there’s anything wrong with that. Some of my best friends are Republicans.
… but seriously, folks. One wonders why someone’s personal, political views/contribution became “news” in the first place. Why is it that there is only one way to think if you are gay or black or in the entertainment industry, and it requires swallowing every element of leftist ideology whole? When will the people pushing this notion look in their mirrors and see Joe McCarthy?
